2008 Salters' Festivals of Chemistry

Entry to the 2008 Salters' Festivals of Chemistry in partnership with The Royal Society of Chemistry is available online now!  Forms were sent to the schools in the latest issue of our newsletter 'A Pinch of Salt'.  The closing date for entries is 31 January 2008.

Entry to the Festivals is on a first come first served basis so please remember to get your entry form in as soon as possible.

In 2008 there will be 52 Festivals held at Universities throughout the UK and Ireland. As always, an informative and exciting day is planned for all!

Due to an overwhelming response we regret to inform teachers that the free CD-Roms featuring Volumes 1 and 2 of the Salters' Chemistry Handbook are no longer available. 

Both Volumes of the Salters' Chemistry Club handbook are now out of print but can still be viewed online by clicking on the link below:

Would you like to advertise your Chemistry/Science Club throughout the school?  We have designed a new Salters' Chemistry Club Poster which is available to schools upon request.  To receive a pack of 5 posters please send a 37p stamped self addressed A4 envelope to the Club Administrator, The Salters' Institute, Salters' Hall, 4 Fore Street, London EC2Y 5DE.
