Easter Shenanigans at The Salters' Company

Easter is almost here and The Salters’ Company has so much going on for you and your family…

Dates for the diary:

Thursday 11 April 2019 - The City Beneath your Feet

10:30am-12:30pm and 1pm-3pm

Ages:  4-11

Join us as we travel back to Roman times to discover all about Londinium, using art and crafts to inspire our very own mosaics at the Salters’ Hall.

From there, families will continue their time exploration with an archaeologist led tour to the Roman Amphitheatre. History will come to life as families get hands on with Roman replicas and object handling and finally be inspired by a tour of the amphitheater itself!

Get your tickets here and see all you Time Explorers soon!

Friday 12 April 2019 - Beasts of London

11am, 1pm and 3pm

Ages:  4-11

Spotted beasts of The Salters’ Company and Beasts of London are brought to life through storytelling and crafts as families walk from the Museum of London, spotting mystical creatures and hearing the stories behind them. Once at The Salters’ Company families must become detectives to work out the mystery of the Salters’ Spotted Beast and create own heraldic shields.
